wordpress (also known wordpress.org)

choose WordPress for people who
are serious to start a blog. If you do not
have the money to buy hosting, you can
start with Blogger.

Blogger is a free platform from Google.

Purchase a domain name:- 

Domain name like www.example.com is a
domain name. Here example is the title of
yourblogand .com extension. You can
purchase domain names by google,
bluehost, godaddy and other websites.    

Web hosting:-

If you use wordpress or another blogging
platform, then you will have to buy hosting.

What is hosting:- 

When you create your blog, you will cover
text, images, audio, or video in it.
Like your mobile has memory to save
everything.
In the same way, all the information about
your blog is saved in some computers,
which are called servers, to save your
information in these servers, you have
to pay to get some space tosave your
information. 

You can buy hosting according to your
convenience and budget. Many websites
provide hosting such as BlueHost, Hostinger, HostGator Cloud,
SiteGround.But bluehost is best.

your blogs:-

Set the WordPress theme so that you
can get a great
look for your website.You can choose
both free and paid themes.
